  • 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within mortgage servicing, financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.
  • High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success serving as a recruiting subject matter expert, project lead, mentor, or informal team leader.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting operations, workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, and hiring best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, drive alignment, and deliver results without direct supervisory authority.
  • Advanced sourcing capabilities with a track record of building talent pipelines beyond traditional applicant flow.
  • Experience leading recruiting process improvements, operational initiatives, or talent acquisition projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics, labor market data, and business insights to guide strategy.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to hiring and recruitment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to various audiences.
  • Strong consulting, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-driven with a high sense of urgency, accountability, ownership, and follow-through.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilient and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for solving problems.
  • Passion for talent acquisition, networking, mentoring others, and building high-performing teams.
