Are you an experienced RVT who thrives on leadership, enjoys developing others, and wants to make a meaningful impact on hospital operations? We are seeking a Lead Registered Veterinary Technician to help guide our clinical team, elevate patient care, and support the continued growth of our hospital.

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated veterinary professional who enjoys balancing hands-on patient care with team leadership, staff development, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Do

Team Training & Mentorship - Coach, mentor, and support veterinary technicians and assistants

Hospital Operations & Patient Care - Monitor daily hospital flow to ensure efficiency and exceptional client service

Inventory Management

Marketing & Community Engagement - Partner with leadership to promote services and strengthen community relationships

Safety & Compliance - Assist with maintaining regulatory compliance and hospital protocols

Schedule and Compensation :

Compensation: $23-$26 per hour, for each hour worked

This is a full-time position, with flexible scheduling options and availability needed Monday-Friday. NO WEEKENDS!

Full-Time Benefits Package *

Bonus Package: $2000 based on active, good-standing veterinary technician credentials in the state of Kansas.

CE Allowance: $500-$1,000 based on tenure and credentials

Minimum Qualifications and Skill Set :

3+ years of Veterinary Technician experience

Active and good-standing Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) in the state of Kansas

Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills

Passion for mentoring and developing veterinary professionals

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to exceptional patient care and client service

Positive attitude and a collaborative leadership style
