Do meaningful work with us. Every day.

At Amplify Health, we’re looking for individuals with ambition, resilience and passion for healthcare, insurance, wellness and digital technology. As a fast-growing business with the ambition of making people and communities across Asia healthier, we have exciting career opportunities available to help us achieve our vision.

Amplify Health is on a mission to transform how our customers do business. To fuel our next phase of growth, we are seeking a strategic and data-driven Sales Operations leader to build and lead the function that will be the foundation for a scalable, efficient, and predictable revenue engine.

The Lead, Revenue Strategy and Sales Operations is a strategic partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen go-to-market effectiveness and build a scalable commercial organisation. The role owns the revenue engine end to end, spanning strategy, planning, operating cadence, systems, data and deal execution. Working across functions, the role converts growth ambitions into disciplined market, product and account plans, reliable forecasts and commercially sound decisions.

Responsibilities

1) Commercial Strategy and Revenue Planning

  • Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer and leadership team to define the commercial strategy, growth priorities and revenue ambition across products, customer segments and markets.
  • Own the integrated revenue-planning process, translating enterprise objectives into actionable market, product, account and channel plans.
  • Lead market-sizing, total-addressable-market assessment and target-account prioritisation to focus commercial investment on the most attractive growth opportunities.
  • Establish clear revenue assumptions, dependencies and performance indicators, ensuring commercial plans are aligned with organisational capacity and financial objectives.
  • Lead strategic commercial initiatives and maintain accountability for delivery against agreed outcomes.

2) Commercial Performance, Forecasting and Operating Rhythm

  • Own the commercial operating rhythm, including monthly and quarterly business reviews, pipeline reviews, forecast reviews and strategic deal reviews.
  • Establish a reliable and transparent forecasting methodology based on common definitions, consistent opportunity standards and a trusted revenue data model.
  • Provide the Chief Commercial Officer and leadership team with decision-ready insights on revenue outlook, pipeline health, risks, opportunities and required interventions.
  • Monitor commercial performance across markets, products and customer segments, identifying performance gaps and coordinating corrective actions.
  • Define decision rights, ownership and escalation paths across the commercial lifecycle to enable timely and accountable execution.

3) Pipeline Excellence and Deal Governance

  • Establish consistent qualification criteria, opportunity stages, pipeline standards and account-planning disciplines across the Commercial function.
  • Improve pipeline quality, progression, conversion and sales-cycle effectiveness through structured inspection, analysis and intervention.
  • Lead business-case development for strategic deals and partnerships, assessing revenue potential, margin contribution, delivery capacity, scalability and strategic value.
  • Operate the deal desk for non-standard pricing, discounts, commercial terms and approval requirements.
  • Embed Finance, Legal, Risk, Privacy and Information Security requirements into deal governance without unnecessarily slowing commercial execution.
  • Lead win/loss and deal-performance analysis to improve future commercial decisions and GTM effectiveness.

4) Revenue Operations, Systems and Data

  • Own the GTM technology ecosystem and its roadmap, including CRM, configure-price-quote capabilities, commercial analytics and supporting automation.
  • Maintain the revenue data model as the single source of truth for pipeline, forecasting and commercial-performance reporting.
  • Establish data-quality, process-adoption and reporting standards, ensuring consistent use across markets and commercial teams.
  • Drive responsible application of AI and automation to improve forecasting, pipeline inspection, account insight and commercial productivity.
  • Oversee quote-to-contract and quote-to-cash workflows in partnership with Finance, Legal and Central Operations.
  • Shape territory, quota and incentive frameworks with Finance and HR, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities, market opportunity and organisational capacity.

5) Executive Partnership and Commercial Transformation

  • Serve as a trusted adviser to the Chief Commercial Officer, translating complex commercial and financial analysis into clear recommendations and decisions.
  • Connect Commercial with Central Operations, Finance, HR and control functions to maintain enterprise standards and avoid duplication of operational capabilities.
  • Lead adoption of commercial processes, systems, metrics and operating disciplines across markets and teams.
  • Build commercial capability through practical frameworks, guidance and performance insights for account planning, opportunity management and forecasting.
  • Influence across a matrix organisation, balancing growth ambitions with financial, operational and risk discipline.
  • Develop a scalable Revenue Strategy and Sales Operations capability that can evolve with the company’s growth and market expansion.

Candidate Profile

Experience and Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience across commercial strategy, sales strategy and operations, revenue operations, business development or related roles within technology, SaaS or complex B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of translating commercial strategy into measurable revenue growth, stronger pipeline performance and improved go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling revenue operations, including revenue planning, forecasting, pipeline management, deal governance and commercial operating cadences.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, with practical experience across CRM, CPQ, commercial analytics and revenue reporting.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate strategic opportunities, develop business cases and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience operating across multiple markets, ideally within Asia-Pacific, and influencing senior stakeholders across complex matrix organisations.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise senior leadership and drive cross-functional decisions.
  • Self-directed, adaptable and comfortable building from first principles in a high-growth environment. Experience in health technology, insurance or healthcare, and applying AI or automation within commercial operations, would be advantageous.

Competencies & Core Characteristics

  • Data-Driven Decisiveness: Uses reliable data, common metric definitions and structured analysis to expose risks, identify opportunities and recommend action. Maintains rigour without slowing commercial momentum.
