Job requirements

• Responsibility for delivering recovery and handover projects.
• Supporting ad hoc, high profile resolution initiatives.
• Completing and peer reviewing complex calculations.
• Analysing data and trends, implementing quality controls and system updates.
• Supporting escalated client, member and operational activities, based on an agreed set of KPIs.
• Understanding and meeting Client Portfolio & Operational needs effectively and adhering to procedures.
• Driving service delivery in order to meet and exceed operational KPIs.
• Improving operational effectiveness.
