We are seeking a Sterile Processing Technician Lead who provides leadership to non-certified and certified technicians in planning, coordination and prioritization.

This position is Full time 8-hour swing shift (40 hours per week), 3-11:30 PM , Monday through Friday with call

What you will do:

Our ideal candidate will perform all essential functions of a Sterile Processing Technician. Provides training and education to staff and carries out special assignments essential to department service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• •High school diploma or equivalent required.
• •Maintains CRCST or CSPDT certification.
• •Two years' experience in Sterile Processing.
• •Leadership skills demonstrated to management.
• •Creates and fosters a cooperative teamwork environment.
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• •Use of basic office equipment.
