We want to bring change to create an inspiring, community-focused school named HOPE stands for Hands on Project-based experience, that will empower all students to become role models in their communities and solve local and global problems. Key Responsibilities:

a. Teaching and Classroom Excellence:

  • Establish and maintain an exemplary classroom that serves as a model for other educators.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the educational standards and vision of Anubhuti.

b. Coaching and Mentorship:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and group training sessions for local teachers to improve instructional practices.
  • Serve as a mentor and guide for newly hired and less experienced teachers, offering feedback and support..

c. Classroom Observations:

  • Conduct regular observations in local teachers' classrooms to monitor instructional effectiveness.
  • Provide constructive feedback and actionable strategies to enhance teaching quality and student engagement.

d. Building Partnerships:

  • Collaborate with local teachers and partners to strengthen community ties and expand educational resources.
  • Facilitate partnerships that support the professional development of teachers and enhance the educational experience for students.

B. What you'll learn-

Knowledge:

Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the subject(s) being taught.

Pedagogy: Understanding of effective teaching methods and strategies.

Curriculum: Familiarity with the school's curriculum standards and the ability to align lesson plans accordingly.

Child Development: Knowledge of students' cognitive, emotional, and social development stages.

Education Technology: Proficiency in using educational technology and software to enhance learning.

Skills:

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi) to convey information effectively to students and parents. English is a must as you’ll be interacting with people outside the country.

Classroom Management: Ability to create a conducive learning environment and manage student behavior.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust teaching methods and materials to meet students' needs.

Assessment: Skill in designing fair and practical examinations to evaluate student progress.

Problem-Solving: Ability to address challenges in the classroom and find solutions to support student learning.

Mindset:

Student-Centered: A commitment to prioritizing the best interests of students in all decisions and actions.

Lifelong Learner: A willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new teaching methods and technologies.

Empathy: Compassion and understanding for students' diverse backgrounds, needs, and circumstances.

Patience: The ability to work through difficulties and setbacks with students.

Passion for Teaching: A genuine enthusiasm for education and a desire to inspire and motivate students.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for community engagement and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Salary: 3 Lakh to 6 Lakh/Annum (decided at the end of the interviews, based on experience, skills, and knowledge)
