Lead Technical Product Manager

About

There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such email, notes, tasks, calendar and they're not AI-native. Our mission is to build proactive applications for anyone in the world, who are not used to complex prompting. We aim to bring intelligence to conversations, errands, organising and workflows, with minimal to no prompting.

Our first application is an agent-first mobile communication app. We believe building applications that users use daily for communication, coordination and collaboration needs will help integrate AI into their lives. The net effect is to eliminate misinformation, achieve low coordination costs, enable high quality tasks and collaboration at scale with minimal or little prompting.

Role

Define product strategy, roadmap and priorities based on user needs, market opportunities and business goals

Determine product scope, feature priorities and release plans across major product areas

Work with engineering leadership on system architecture, technical feasibility and trade-offs affecting product performance and reliability

Guide product and design decisions to ensure a consistent, intuitive user experience across the application

Lead launch planning, release readiness and post-launch improvements based on product performance

Set product success metrics and use adoption, engagement, retention and user feedback to guide investment and priorities

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience, including leading major technology products or product lines

Deep technical fluency across system architecture, distributed systems, APIs, data infrastructure and production reliability.

Ability to evaluate system-level designs and understand how architectural decisions affect product capabilities, scalability, cost and time-to-market.

Experience setting product strategy and technical priorities across multiple interconnected product areas or teams.

Ability to identify technical investments that unlock new product capabilities, reduce operational complexity or create a competitive advantage.

Proven track record of launching and scaling products with measurable business and user impact.

Strong judgment in resolving competing priorities across users, business objectives, engineering capacity and long-term technical direction.

Ability to align engineering, design and business stakeholders around product direction, technical constraints and measurable outcomes.

Nice to Have

Previous software engineering experience

Experience leading zero-to-one products, platform strategy, technically complex consumer products or cross-team product initiatives
