岗位职责
负责机加工刀具采购申请、下单跟进，统筹交期，严格控制采购数量，杜绝过量采购，严控库存水位，避免呆滞库存。
刀具消耗统计：跟踪各产线刀具领用、损耗数据，分析单产品刀具消耗，识别异常损耗，推动解决，协助降低刀具降本。
库存风险管控：监控刀具库龄、呆滞物料，定期梳理呆滞刀具，提出处理建议，持续优化库存结构。
对接生产、仓库与采购：核对需求、确认到货、处理来料异常，跟进补货，平衡生产需求与库存压力。
使用Excel进行数据汇总、透视分析，制作库存、消耗、采购台账，定期输出数据报告。
完成上级安排的其他刀具仓储及成本相关工作。
任职要求
大专及以上学历，机械、机电相关专业优先；有机加工行业刀具管理、仓管、物控、采购经验优先，6年以上工作经验。
具备基础刀具知识，了解常见机加工刀具（铣刀、钻头、丝锥、刀片等）品类基本用途。
极强的数据敏感度，熟练使用Excel（数据透视表、VLOOKUP、函数、图表制作），能独立搭建台账、做数据统计分析。
成本意识强，擅长库存管控，做事严谨细心，能够把控采购频次与数量，提高刀具库存周转率
良好沟通能力，逻辑清晰，有较强责任心，能够定期组织盘点、核对实物与系统数据。
