• - Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Education,
• Business, or related field
• - 1 – 3 years of experience in leadership training or
• talent development

• Requirements/Skills
• - Basic understanding of leadership frameworks
• (Situational Leadership, Transformational
• Leadership, etc.)
• - Strong facilitation and communication skills
• - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems
• (LMS)
• - Attention to detail and ability to follow training

• - Willingness to learn and adapt
• Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• - Deliver foundational leadership programs (e.g.,
• new supervisor training)
• - Coordinate logistics for leadership sessions and
• track attendance/completion
• - Support development of learning materials
• - Administer post - training assessments and

• - Partner with HR to identify training needs for first -

• The Leadership Development Specialist supports
• the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership
• training programs. They facilitate entry - level
• sessions, assist in program development, and
• ensure that training content meets learner and
• business needs.
