Wir sind der Weltmarktführer in der Herstellung von Fruchtzubereitungen und bieten maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die Molkerei-, Backwaren- und Eiscremeindustrie sowie den Food Service Markt an.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und erfahrenen Lean Manager (m/w/d) am Standort Konstanz.

Aufgaben:

  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Lean-Management-Strategie am Standort
  • Identifikation, Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäfts- und Produktionsprozessen
  • Moderation und Durchführung von Lean-Workshops, Kaizen-Events und Wertstromanalysen
  • Einführung und nachhaltige Etablierung von Lean-Methoden
  • Schulung und Coaching von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in Lean-Prinzipien
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Erreichung von Produktivitäts-, Qualitäts- und Kostenzielen
  • Entwicklung von Kennzahlen sowie Nachverfolgung der Wirksamkeit eingeleiteter Maßnahmen
  • Förderung einer Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (KVP)

Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Lean Management, Operational Excellence oder Continuous Improvement
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Lean-Methoden und deren praktischer Anwendung
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Moderation von Workshops
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Überzeugungs- und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
