Diesen Aufgaben widmest Du Dich bei uns:

  • Koordinierung von Lean-Projekten
  • Reduzierung von Verschwendungen, Fehlleistungen und Fehlerkosten
  • Planung, Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Fertigungsabläufen nach Lean Aspekten
  • Betreuung von KVP-Projekten
  • Strukturelle Voraussetzungen schaffen, um auf Marktentwicklungen reagieren zu können
  • Digitale Abbildung produktionsrelevanter Dokumente
  • Erstellung von Geschäftsanalysen
  • Erstellung von Wertstromanalysen
  • Betreuung Projektneuanläufe
  • Mitarbeiterentwicklung im Lean-Bereich

Das bringst Du idealerweise mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Industrial Engineering, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder in einer vergleichbaren
  • Studienrichtung
  • Berufserfahrung im industriellen Fertigungsumfeld
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Lean-Management
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
