Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum 01.12.2026 einen erfahrenen und engagierten Lean Manager (m/w/d) an einem unserer Standorte in Frankfurt/Main oder Gießen.

Aufgaben

  • Begleitung von Projektteams vor Ort – mit klarem Fokus auf Umsetzung, KVP und Weiterbildung
  • Unterstützung der Projektteams bei der Erstellung von Taktplänen mit Koppla
  • Nachhaltige Verankerung neuer Arbeitsweisen
  • Durchführung von Trainings- und Workshops sowie Qualifikation der Mitarbeitenden bei der Einführung der Lean-Methoden und -Werkzeuge

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in Lean Management/Construction und Prozessverbesserung
  • Baustellenerfahrung als Bau- oder Projektleiter
  • Stärken: Durchsetzungsvermögen, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Relevante Erfahrungen in der Implementierung von holistischen Lean-Systemen, -Methoden und -Werkzeugen.
