Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Einführung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Lean-Methoden (z. B. Gemba, 5S, Wertstromanalyse, SMED, Kaizen, Shopfloor Management)
  • Planung und Leitung von KVP-Workshops und Verbesserungsprojekten
  • Analyse von Prozessen und Kennzahlen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Schulung und Coaching von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in Lean-Prinzipien
  • Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Mitwirkung bei Layout- und Materialflussoptimierungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik, Qualität und Instandhaltung

## Was wir suchen

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Lean Management, idealerweise im Automotive-Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Lean- und KVP-Methoden
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Produktionsprozessen und Kennzahlensystemen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise Kenntnisse in ERP/MES-Systemen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Überzeugungskraft auf allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Bereitschaft zur Präsenz im Shopfloor („Go to Gemba")
