Ihre Aufgaben

  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Produktions- und Baustellenprozesse anhand von Lean-Methoden.​
  • Einführung von Taktplanungen, Vorfertigungskonzepten und logistikoptimierten Bauabläufen.​
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines ganzheitlichen Bauproduktionssystems auf Lean-Basis.​
  • Kooperation mit Planung, Ausführung und Zulieferern zur Verbesserung von Schnittstellen und Abläufen.​
  • Monitoring von KPI´s zur Bewertung der Lean-Performance.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einen Techniker-/Meistertitel​
  • Sie überzeugen durch eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und setzen Vorhaben konsequent um.​
  • Sie gestalten aktiv Veränderungen – statt lediglich zu begleiten.​
  • Sie begeistern sich für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und setzen pragmatische Lösungen um.​
  • Ihre Selbstständigkeit ist gepaart mit Teamgeist und Durchsetzungsgeschick.
