• GENERAL DESCRIPTION
• Assist in collecting information and documenting processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of manufacturing operations.

• •Follow up on the 6S+ program in the plant by teaching, supporting , and facilitating workshops.
• •Collect data and assist to the preparation of Kaizen events (time studies, waste analysis, balance charts, define playbooks)
• •Teach, implement, and support daily management system deployment and maturity.
• •Focus improvements as assigned.

• WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• •Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• •Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• •Proficiency with Microsoft office
• •Exceptional technical skills, analytical ability, judgment, and strong operational focus
• •Excellent organization and time management skills
• •Minimum of 0 - 2 years’ experience in manufacturing
• EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Associate degree in engineering or related field; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
