Role Summary Promotes departmental and corporate wide learning by delivering advanced level and/or complex learning to crew. Provide leadership, coaching, consultation, and training recommendations to deliver best-in-class learning solutions. This role manages the complete learning and development cycle, overseeing scheduling, logistics, and vendor coordination. It also supports the creation and maintenance of both online and classroom-based training content.

• Responsibilites
• 1. Prepares learning agenda and programs relevant to crew in a particular business unit or job area. Conducts or facilitates general and specific training programs for crew. May design or develop specific training programs.
• 2. Recommends changes to training programs based on analysis of learning and development program feedback or course evaluations. Judges effectiveness of learning programs and implements suggestions for improvements.
• 3. Ensures learning courses and programs are delivered through the most suitable methodologies, such as individual coaching, classroom training, virtual learning, and various other modules.
• 4. Researches new training methods and determines relevancy to crew. Analyzes results of learning course evaluations and identifies improvements. Leads initiatives to drive improvements for continued suggestions toward the career development ecosystem.
• 5. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
• 6. Supports the end-to-end learning and development lifecycle, including training calendar management, nomination tracking, scheduling, and query handling.
• 7. Coordinates logistics for various training formats—classroom, virtual, e-learning, and assessments—to ensure smooth execution.
• 8. Assists in developing and maintaining up-to-date content for in-house training programs, both online and offline.
• 9. Maintains training records, prepares evaluation summaries, and supports vendor and billing-related activities for training initiatives.

• Qualifications and Skills
• •Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or training coordination roles.
• •Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Com) or Master’s degree/Diploma in relevant fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related disciplines.
• •Strong coordination, analytical, and content development skills with experience in handling various training delivery modes including e-learning, classroom, and virtual platforms.
• •Familiarity with training lifecycle processes, reporting tools, and LMS platforms is preferred.

This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard India. Only qualified external applicants will be considered.
