• What would you do? • We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Lead to lead and manage learning content development and delivery initiatives. The individual will be responsible for driving end-to-end learning project execution, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery excellence, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality learning solutions that meet business objectives.

• Roles and Responsibilities: • Project & Delivery Management
• •• Lead end-to-end delivery of learning and instructional design projects across multiple workstreams.
• •• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• •• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• •• Establish governance mechanisms and provide regular status reporting to stakeholders.
• •Instructional Design & Learning Solutions
• •• Provide leadership and oversight for the design and development of learning solutions across ILT, vILT, eLearning, blended learning, performance support, and social learning modalities.
• •• Review learning assets to ensure alignment with instructional design standards, branding guidelines, and learner requirements.
• •• Drive innovation through the adoption of learning technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and modern learning practices.
• •Stakeholder & Client Management
• •• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• •• Facilitate requirement gathering, solution discussions, and project reviews with business and client leadership.
• •• Build strong relationships and ensure high client satisfaction through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
• •Team Leadership & Capability Building
• •• Lead and mentor teams of Instructional Designers, Content Developers, Media Developers, and Learning Consultants.
• •• Coach team members on instructional design best practices, project delivery, and stakeholder management.

• •• Implement quality assurance processes and governance frameworks.
