What You'll Bring:

Friendly, outgoing personality
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
Leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

C ompensation & Schedule:

Pay: $19.50 per hour, plus benefits
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday
Winter Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Summer Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Requirements

Job Requirements for Leasing Consultant

Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Comfortable using computers and office software
Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
Strong analytical aptitude and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to build positive relationships with residents and prospective residents
Must be available to work Tuesday-Saturday schedule 8am-5pm (winter) 9am-6pm (summer)
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
