Through local property management, in-house leasing, construction management, engineering, accounting, legal, and asset management teams, the firm actively manages and enhances its portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use commercial properties throughout California.

The leasing team plays a critical role in executing the company's value-add strategy by driving occupancy, maximizing rental revenue, fostering tenant relationships, and positioning properties for long-term success.

Position Summary

The Leasing Manager reports to the Vice President of Leasing and is responsible for executing leasing strategies across a portfolio of commercial office, industrial, and retail space. This position is responsible for business development, tenant and broker relationships, lease negotiations, market analysis, lease administration, and coordination of tenant improvement projects.

The Leasing Manager works closely with Property Management, Construction Management, Legal, Marketing, and Asset Management to maximize occupancy, tenant retention, and overall portfolio performance.
