Key Responsibilities

Achieving rental and renewal monthly goals.

Execute marketing and sales efforts, including personalized tours that result in new leases

Deliver a high-quality prospect and resident experience that drives positive reviews and referrals

Respond to inbound leasing inquiries and schedule tours in a timely manner

Follow up with all leads (calls, texts, emails) to drive tour-to-lease conversion

Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, prospects, and property owners.

Conduct daily property walks to ensure tour readiness and curb appeal

Manage leasing pipeline from initial inquiry through signed lease

Maintain accurate prospect and leasing data within property management system

Success Metrics

Achieving monthly leasing and renewal targets

High conversion rate from tour to lease

Consistent and timely follow-up with prospects

Positive resident feedback and online reviews

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in property management, leasing, or sales preferred

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales or leasing goals preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Driver's license & ability to pass a background check

Proficiency with industry software (Appfolio preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Strong sales and closing ability

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Ability to build rapport quickly with prospects and residents

High level of organization and attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
