Position Type : Part-time at 24 hours/week

As our Leasing Specialist , you will be responsible for the general marketing and leasing activity of the property.

Summary of responsibilities :

• •Show Market-Ready apartments and community to customers
• •Prepare Application and Lease documents for new residents
• •Assist in marketing promotions
• •Generate sales to increase occupancy
• •Promote resident retention programs
• •Compile reports and maintain files while adhering to company policies and fair housing laws

Requirements

Successful candidates will have :

• •1+ years of related experience in the real estate, retail, or customer service industry
• •Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and OT hours)
• •Ability to represent the company in its relations with residents, employees, and local vendors
