• This remote role manages employee leave cases from initial request through closure, ensuring accurate administration and regulatory compliance.
• You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, providing clear guidance and timely support throughout their leave journey.
• The role combines case management, HR operations, benefits administration, documentation, and employee communication.
• You’ll collaborate with HR teams, managers, healthcare providers, legal partners, and state agencies to resolve cases efficiently.
• Success requires strong organization, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive cases simultaneously.
• You’ll also help employees navigate complex leave, pay, benefits, and return-to-work processes in a supportive manner.
