## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bedienung und Überwachung verfahrenstechnischer Produktionsanlagen im Zwei-Schichtbetrieb (Wurst - und Convenience Produkte)
  • Kontrolle und Dokumentation sämtlicher qualitätsrelevanter Produktionsvorgänge
  • Durchführung von Korrekturmaßnahmen
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnik, zum Beispiel als: Bäcker, Konditor, Fleischer oder Koch (w/m/d)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Wurstherstellung (wünschenswert)
  • Bereitschaft für Schichtdienste
  • Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
