Für unsere moderne Großbäckerei suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierte Mitarbeiter mit Erfahrung (m/w/d) , der technischem Know-how und Qualitätsbewusstsein unsere Produktionsprozesse unterstützt.

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Überwachung und Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen in der Backwarenherstellung
  • Sicherstellung einer gleichbleibend hohen Produktqualität
  • Analyse und Behebung von Prozess- und Produktionsabweichungen
  • Betreuung und Kontrolle von Maschinen und Anlagen im Produktionsbereich
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Verbesserung von Herstellungsverfahren
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung von Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards (HACCP)

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnik, Bäckereitechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion, idealerweise in einer Großbäckerei
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an modernen Produktionsanlagen
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit muss gegeben sein
  • Führerschein B ist von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
