[What the role is]

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment. [What you will be working on]

• •Plan, develop and manage training programmes for professionals and students, ensuring alignment with industry needs and educational standards.
• •Design, review and enhance programme curriculum and course materials to maintain academic rigour and industry relevance.
• •Curate and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences through various teaching modes, including the incorporation of technology-enabled learning approaches.
• •Facilitate workplace learning through close collaboration with industry partners and mentorship of students.
• •Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with academic institutions, industry associations, firms, and subject matter experts to enhance programme quality and relevance.

[What we are looking for]

• •Relevant academic qualifications and/or professional accreditations, with demonstrated experience in Mechanical Engineering and Digital MEP Design and/or Digital coordination.
• •Proven industry experience and a strong understanding of Singapore’s Building Engineering sector, including prevailing industry practices, standards and sustainability requirements.
• •Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and across multidisciplinary teams.
