ROLE DESCRIPTION:  

Our client; a world leading entertainment & hospitality company with resorts, hotels and gaming facilities in Asia is looking for a Chinese speaking Legal Consultant based in Thailand to provide expert legal guidance in real estate development and/or construction projects and general commercial needs.

  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Drafting, negotiating and reviewing general commercial agreements including but not limited to day-to-day business contracts, construction contracts, tender documents, land acquisition agreements, property lease agreements, loan agreements.

Analysing the local laws and regulations to support business decisions.

Ensuring contracts are compliant with the local laws and regulations and internal company requirements and policies.

Managing applications and supporting documents for obtaining licenses and permits with government authorities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:  

4-8 years PQE

Preferably with experience in real estate development, construction, or related industries.

Strong knowledge of Thai laws and regulations, particularly in real estate and corporate law.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Must have fluency in Chinese, English and Thai, written and spoken.

The role is based in Bangkok.
