About the Role

AngelList is hiring a Legal Counsel to own ordinary-course corporate work and help resolve the legal questions that arise across our Funds business. You’ll handle commercial contract reviews, board consents, and equity grants while joining the legal team’s reactive rotation - spanning investor consents, side letters, portfolio-company issues, secondary transactions, and regulatory questions. This role combines recurring corporate responsibilities with matters that require a fresh assessment of the facts and a clear position on risk.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll work closely with teams across AngelList including Product, Engineering, Fund Operations, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Customer Success;, both to resolve individual matters and improve the systems and processes that created them.
