Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Contracts specialist to join our team. The role holder will be responsible for the comprehensive review and management of various legal agreements and contracts. This role requires a thorough understanding of commercial terms, taxation, and intellectual property, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform the legal review of Non-Disclosure Agreements/Client Contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Scopes of Work and related client contractual documents/ Disclaimer and Release Letters/RFP & Tenders/Standard Software Agreements/Data Privacy Agreements/Supplier Agreements/Carrier Agreements/ Business Associate Agreements

Liaise with internal clients through internal communication channels

In depth knowledge of commercial terms and taxation

Assist in drafting, reviewing, vetting, and negotiating documents (including but not limited to a wide range of agreements with customers, vendors, sellers, buyers, financial institutions and other third parties).

Advise on critical brand protection areas relating to IP and information management, including data protection, data privacy and cyber security.
