Your Profile

• •Act as legal counsel for global technology partnerships, alliances and ecosystem arrangements.
• •Structure, draft, review and negotiate global alliance, reseller, distributor and related agreements.
• •Support country participation addenda, local implementation agreements, statements of work and other execution documents.
• •Provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice while protecting Capgemini’s legal and contractual position.
• •Coordinate with GSIP, business, procurement, sales, finance, tax, HR and local legal teams to support timely execution.
• •Strengthen governance, compliance, templates, playbooks and training for global partner contracting.

Your Role

• •Manage the end-to-end legal lifecycle of GSIP partner frameworks and ensure consistency, scalability and enforceability across jurisdictions.
• •Lead or support negotiations with global partners, vendors and strategic suppliers.
• •Identify and manage legal, regulatory and contractual risks arising from cross-border partnership, resale and joint go-to-market models.
• •Ensure alignment with Capgemini contracting guidelines, internal policies, ethics and compliance requirements, and applicable laws.
• •Support governance, approval workflows, deviation management, risk escalation and inter-company arrangements.
• •Develop and maintain legal templates, playbooks and guidance, deliver training, and monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments.
• •Operate effectively in a global, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving GSIP priorities and broader legal work.
