Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) / Private Bank Legal Associate/Analyst – Lending Paralegal

The AWM Private Bank Legal Associate/Analyst role offers an opportunity for motivated candidates interested in lending, finance, legal documentation, and process innovation. The position partners closely with attorneys supporting a broad range of Private Bank lending products, including securities-based lending, mortgages, unsecured lending, commercial lending, and other specialized financing transactions.

• •Prior paralegal, legal operations, lending, banking, or financial services experience preferred; JD not required

Responsibilities

• •Draft, review, and manage loan documents, amendments, consent letters, guaranties, collateral documents, and related lending documentation
• •Support transaction execution and closings, including document collection and deliverable tracking
• •Track legal projects, transaction pipelines, and key milestones
• •Maintain legal templates, playbooks, forms, and guidance materials
• •Partner with attorneys and business stakeholders to support lending transactions and day-to-day business activities
• •Assist with legal, regulatory, and policy matters affecting Private Bank lending products
• •Drive document standardization, process improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives
• •Identify opportunities to leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve legal workflows and scalability
• •Coordinate with Legal, Credit, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology stakeholders on lending-related matters
• •Support management reporting and strategic initiatives as needed
