Wir sind staatlich genehmigte Ersatzschule für Pflegefach- und -helferberufe.

Sie unterrichten in Voll- oder Teilzeit an unserer Pflegeschule alle Curricularen Einheiten unter weitgehender Berücksichtigung Ihrer eigenen Neigungen in Klassen bis ca. 16/20 Schüler:innen. Pflegefachkräfte, Kranken- und Altenpflegehelfer. Ein Teil Ihrer Arbeit wird auch die gesetzlich geforderte Praxisbegleitung sein, die wir ernst nehmen und konsequent umsetzen. Im kleinen Team von derzeit sechs Dozenten übernehmen Sie, mindestens auf Sicht, Klassenleiterfunktionen und wirken an der Entwicklung unserer noch jungen Schule mit. An der angegliederten excolere Akademie können Sie auch in Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen als Dozent/in eingesetzt werden.

Freuen Sie sich auf ein kleines, aber engagiertes Team, auf überschaubaren Klassengrößen, abwechslungsreiche Arbeit und nach einem Jahr des Bestehens die Möglichkeit, an einer Entwicklung aktiv beteiligt sein zu können.
