  • Zertifikat Kompetenzorientierten Methodik und Didaktik (mind. 16 UE)

  • Sie bringen mit
  • Kenntnisse des regionalen Arbeitsmarktes sowie gängiger Berufsbilder
  • Sehr gute EDV- und MS Office Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Datenbanken
  • Organisierte, lösungsorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Teamgeist
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie begleiten Jugendliche bei ihrer beruflichen Orientierung und führen Trainings durch
  • Sie vermitteln Wissen rund um die Berufsausbildung sowie Arbeitsmarktchancen, Bewerbung und Arbeitswelt und bereiten auf die berufliche Ausbildung vor
  • Sie fördern und unterstützen Jugendliche in ihrer Persönlichkeitsbildung und Sozialkompetenz
  • Sie dokumentieren wesentliche Schritte in der Datenbank und führen das Berichtswesen
  • Wir bieten:

  • Teilzeit 35 Std./Wo (Mo-Do von 07:45 - 15:45 Uhr, Freitag von 08:00 - 13:00 Uhr))
  • das Gehalt unterliegt dem BABE KV 4a und beginnt bei € 3.128,82 Brutto für 38 h/Wo (Höherstufung lt. KV und relevanter Erfahrungsnachweise)
