  • Ihr Aufgabenbereich:
  • Durchführung von Basisbildungs- und Berufsorientierungskursen und/oder ÖIF-Deutschkursen
  • Projektadministration
  • Information, Clearing sowie arbeitsmarktpolitische Beratung
  • Integration der Kursteilnehmer_innen am Arbeitsmarkt
  • Ihr Anforderungsprofil:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Trainer_innen- bzw. Coaching-Ausbildung (mind. 100 Stunden)
  • Aktuelles Gender Mainstreaming Zertifikat sowie Diversity Management Zertifikat (24 Std.)
  • ÖIF-Bestätigung zur Abhaltung von Integrationskursen
  • Fortbildung im Bereich Kompetenzorientierung
  • Erfahrung im Coaching oder Training in der Erwachsenenbildung
  • Erfahrung in Frauenprojekten von Vorteil
  • Höchstmaß an sozialer Kompetenz
  • Dienstleistungs- und kund_innenorientiertes Auftreten
