Wir suchen ab August 2026 für unseren Standort in Oberhausen eine Stützlehrkraft für die Betreuung und Unterrichtung von Auszubildenden im Rahmen einer kooperativen Berufsausbildung in außerbetrieblichen Einrichtungen. Schwerpunkt hierbei sind die Grundlagen in den kaufmännischen Berufen im Einzelhandel und der Verwaltungs- bzw. Büroberufe sowie die Vorbereitung auf die Zwischen- und Abschlussprüfungen im jeweiligen Berufsbild. Des Weiteren sollen die Auszubildenden Unterstützung bei der Bewältigung der berufsschulischen Anforderungen erfahren.

Die Voraussetzungen, die Sie dafür mitbringen sollten:

  • abgeschlossenes Studium als Lehrkraft, alternativ Meister/in, Techniker/in oder Fachwirt/in
  • gerne rehabilitationspädagogische Zusatzqualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung Jugendlicher und junger Erwachsener

Die Stelle kann in Voll- oder Teilzeit (mind. 26, 5 Wochenstunden) besetzt werden.
