Unsere private Grundschule ist mit derzeit 85 Kindern in Ganztagesform im Haus St. Marien in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz beheimatet. Die pädagogische Grundlage ist der Marchtaler Plan, dieser stellt die Würde des einzelnen Kindes in den Mittelpunkt. Ganzheitliche Erziehung, Befähigung zur Freiheit und Selbstverantwortung werden gezielt gefördert und umgesetzt. In unserer Schule geben wir den Kindern einen besonderen Raum zum Leben und Lernen und die Kinder erfahren ein vom christlichen Glauben geprägtes Miteinander.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung des Unterrichts
  • Erstellung eines Lehrplans in Zusammenarbeit und mit Unterstützung weiterer Lehrkräfte sowie der Schulleitung
  • Dokumentation und Aufbereitung der Lehrstände der Schüler
  • Benotung von praktischen Übungen
  • Pädagogische Begleitung der Schüler in ihrem Lernalltag
  • Mitgestaltung des Schullebens z.B. bei Schulfesten

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Staatsexamen für das Lehramt Grundschule
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau, nach Gemeinsamen Europäischen Referenzrahmen)
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Spaß und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kindern, Eltern und Kollegen
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit und hohe Eigenmotivation
