Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitwirken an einem Projekt zur Qualifikation als Pflege-, Betreuungs-, Präsenzkraft für Frauen mit Migrationshintergrund, die in der Erziehungsverantwortung sind
  • Planung, Durchführung u. fachliche Umsetzung der Qualifizierungsbausteine zur Präsenzkraft nach den Richtlinien zur Qualifizierung von Betreuungskräften gemäß §§43b,53b SGB XI

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Qualifizierte abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Pflege) oder Masterstudium in Pflege-, Medizin- oder Berufspädagogik *oder* Pflegefachkraft mit Weiterbildung zur Lehrkraft für Pflegeberufe bzw. anerkannter Berufsabschluss als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder Pflegefachfrau/-mann
  • Kenntnisse in theoretischen und praktischen Grundlagen der Pflege
  • Ausgeprägte Fach-, Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Motivationsfähigkeit und Freude daran, Frauen mit Migrationshintergrund zu begleiten und zu fördern
  • Empathie, Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft zur kollegialen und konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit im Kollegium und mit der Zielgruppe

Das bieten wir:

  • eine an den TVöD angelehnte Vergütung
  • 20-40 Wochenstunden zwischen 08:00 bis 17:00 Uhr
  • Interne und externe Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten
  • Wöchentliche Teambesprechungen und regelmäßige Supervision
  • einen gut ausgestatteten mobilen Arbeitsplatz in einem sehr wertschätzenden Team
