  • ein abgeschlossenes, fachlich einschlägiges Hochschulstudium
  • Bereitschaft zur pädagogischen Qualifizierung bei fehlender Lehramtsausbildung
  • Identifikation mit dem evangelischen Profil unserer Schule
  • Pädagogisches Geschick, Teamgeist und Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen
