Die Arche Teach and Work International gGmbH ist ein Träger verschiedener Schulen und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen. Wir suchen motivierte und innovative Lehrkräfte (m/w/d), mit Spaß an der Vermittlung von Wissen und dem Ehrgeiz, ihre Schüler bestmöglich zu unterstützen.

IHR PROFIL:

eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Pflegeberuf sowie Berufserfahrung und ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Pflege- oder Medizinpädagogik oder ein vergleichbarer Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor / Master)
Interesse und Engagement für die Weiterentwicklung innovativer Lernformen sowie die Gestaltung und Erprobung neuer medialer Möglichkeiten im Rahmen von E-Learning
Freude an der Arbeit mit einer bunten interkulturellen Schülerklientel
Freude an Teamarbeit, Selbständigkeit, Verantwortungsbereitschaft, hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und Organisationstalent

IHRE AUFGABEN:

Theoretischer und fachpraktischer Unterricht
ggfs. Praxisbetreuung und Gestaltung des Theorie-Praxis-Transfers
kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit den Praxispartnern
Mitgestaltung einer zukunftsorientierten Schulentwicklung
Evtl. Einsatz als Dozent in der Fort- und Weiterbildung
