Durch unsere stetig gestiegenen Zahlen an Teilnehmerinnen suchen wir ab 01.01.2027 eine Lehrkraft Betreuungsrecht (m/w/d) in Teilzeit für unseren Live-Online-Kurs Sachkundelehrgang Berufsbetreuerin.

## Inhalte Betreuungsrecht (gemäß Anlage zu § 3 Abs. 4 BtRegV):

  • Betreuerbestellung, Betreuungsführung und Unterbringungsrecht (gemäß Module 1, 2 und 3)
  • Personensorge (gemäß Module 4 und 5)
  • Vermögenssorge (gemäß Module 6 und 7)

## Voraussetzungen:

  • abgeschlossenes juristisches Hochschulstudium
  • Berufserfahrung idealerweise im Familien- und/oder Sozialrecht, z. B. als Rechtsanwalt/Rechtsanwältin oder Rechtspfleger/in
  • Computer/Laptop, Headset, Webcam und stabiles Internet
