### Dein Angebot

  • Du entwickelst mit uns eine OTA-Ausbildung, die mutig denkt und noch mutiger handelt
  • Du wirst gehört, ernst genommen und gefördert – auch, wenn du (noch) kein Master bist

### Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein Studium in Medizin- oder Pflegepädagogik – oder den Plan, es zu machen
  • Du kennst den OP nicht nur von YouTube – sondern aus eigener Erfahrung. Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Operationstechnische(r) Assistent(in) hast Du in der Tasche
  • Du willst mehr als Unterricht: du willst Wirkung, Haltung und Entwicklung

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Du begleitest, forderst, prüfst – und baust dabei echte Beziehungen auf
  • Du gestaltest Curriculum, Unterricht, Prüfungen – und vor allem Atmosphäre
  • Du gibst Wissen weiter, ohne es von oben herab zu verteilen
