Begeistern Sie junge Menschen für die Physiotherapie und bauen Sie mit Kreativität und Fachkompetenz unsere Berufsschule für physiotherapeutische Fachkräfte mit uns auf!

An unserer neuen Physiotherapieschule in Bernau in unmittelbarer Nähe unserer Brandenburgklinik Berlin-Brandenburg bieten wir seit Oktober 2023 auf der Grundlage unserer jahrzehntelangen Erfahrung als Praxispartner die theoretische und praktische Ausbildung aus einer Hand. Die sofortige Integration in ein großes Rehabilitationsteam noch während der Ausbildung, macht uns dabei für alle Menschen besonders interessant. Wir suchen in Voll- und in Teilzeit einen

Lehrkraft / Medizinpädagoge für Physiotherapieschule (m/w/d)

## WAS SIE ERWARTET

  • Eine anspruchsvolle und vielseitige Tätigkeit mit kurzen Kommunikations- und Entscheidungs- wegen, flachen Hierarchien und einem wertschätzenden Klima, was Ihnen den Einstieg und später die tägliche Arbeit erleichtert.
  • Sie entwickeln und gestalten curriculare und pädagogische Inhalte aktiv mit.
  • In Stellvertretung übernehmen Sie die pädagogische und organisatorische Leitung der Schule.
  • Sie übernehmen die Kursleitung in der Ausbildung zum Physiotherapeuten und erteilen fachtheoretischen und praktischen Unterricht.
  • Sie organisieren die Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Bewertung und Nachbereitung von Prüfungen und Lernzielkontrollen.

  • Masterabschluss in Medizinpädagogik
  • Staatliche Anerkennung als Physiotherapeut
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, eine hohe Sozialkompetenz und Kreativität.
  • Sie sind aufgeschlossen gegenüber neuen Methoden in der Pädagogik.
  • Teamfähigkeit und wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
