Für die Durchführung der Maßnahme Assistierte Ausbildung flexibel (AsA-flex) suchen wir Lehrkäfte für unsere Auszubildenden im Metallbereich. Ziel ist die Aufarbeitung der Berusschulinhalte und somit das erfolgreiche Bestehen der Berufsausbildung.

Voraussetzungen:

Bei Lehrkräften wird ein abgeschlossenes Fachhochschul-/ Hochschulstudium erwartet. Für Lehrkräfte ohne pädagogisches Studium und weniger als einem Jahr pädagogischer Erfahrung wird zusätzlich eine mindestens 160 Unterrichtstunden (à 45 Minuten) umfassende pädagogische Grundqualifizierung gefordert. Zeiten der Vorbereitung auf eine Ausbildereignungsprüfung vor Vertragsbeginn können an-gerechnet werden. Eine pädagogische Grundqualifizierung umfasst insbesondere

pädagogische und didaktische Ansätze in der individuellen Förderung junger Menschen, wie

o Grundlagen des Lernens,

o zielgruppengerechtes Unterrichten,

o Sichern von Lernerfolgen,

o Umgang mit verhaltensauffälligen jungen Menschen,

Umsetzung des Diversity Management,

interdisziplinäres Arbeiten,

Reflektion (Austausch und kollegiale Beratung und Coaching).

Ersatzweise wird eine abgeschlossene Fachschulausbildung (z. B. Technikerin/ Techniker), eine abge-schlossene Meister- oder Fachwirtausbildung anerkannt.

Beim Einsatz von Honorarkräften als Lehrkraft ist ersatzweise für den fachspezifischen Unterricht der Einsatz von Lehrkräften mit einer einschlägigen abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung und mindestens einjähriger Berufserfahrung zulässig.
