  • evidenzbasierten Pflege- und Betreuungsstandards. Sie sind
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Bewohner*innen und deren Angehörige und
  • sichern die Zufriedenheit durch qualitätssichernde Maßnahmen in der
  • Pflegeplanung und -dokumentation. Zudem fördern Sie den
  • Informationsaustausch innerhalb des Teams und setzen Führungs- und
  • Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen um. Unsere Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in der Pflege, Berufserfahrung
  • in der stationären Pflege, Kommunikationsstärke,
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, sowie Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und
  • Anleitung von Kolleg*innen sind Voraussetzung. Wir bieten
