Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des technischen Bereichs
  • Sicherstellung des zuverlässigen Betriebs aller technischen Anlagen
  • Verantwortung für Wasseraufbereitung , Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärtechnik (HLS/HVAC), Elektrotechnik
  • Organisation, Planung und Dokumentation von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Steuerung von Dienstleistern und Überwachung externer Prüfungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Modernisierungsprojekten und technischen Optimierungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. SHK, Elektrik, Mechatronik) mit Techniker- oder Meisterabschluss
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Haustechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Bädertechnik oder Facility Management
  • Basis Know-how in Wasseraufbereitung und HLS/HVAC
  • Hohe Organisationsfähigkeit und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und Rufbereitschaften
