## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ärztliche Versorgung und Erstbeurteilung von Notfallpatienten in der Zentralen Notaufnahme
  • Fachliche Steuerung und Koordination der Behandlungsabläufe im interdisziplinären Notfallzentrum
  • Stellvertretende ärztliche Leitung der ZNA mit organisatorischer und fachlicher Verantwortung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen Innere Medizin, Chirurgie und Anästhesiologie
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Versorgungsqualität und Patientensicherheit
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der strategischen und strukturellen Weiterentwicklung der Notaufnahme
  • Teilnahme am Notarztdienst tagsüber (optional)

## Ihr Profil

  • Sie sind Facharzt für Chirurgie, Innere Medizin oder Anästhesiologie (m/w/d)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Notfallversorgung, Zusatzqualifikation Klinische Akut- und Notfallmedizin vorhanden
  • Engagement für die aktive Weiterentwicklung der Notaufnahme
  • Offenheit für interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und vielseitige Krankheitsbilder
