Leitender Oberarzt (m/w/d) Hämatologie und Onkologie Zusatzbezeichnung Palliativmedizin

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Oberärztliche Versorgung hämatologischer und onkologischer Patienten
  • Weiterentwicklung stationärer und ambulanter Strukturen
  • Mitarbeit im ambulanten Bereich
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit
  • Teilnahme an Tumorkonferenzen
  • Palliativmedizinische Mitbetreuung
  • Führung und Anleitung der Assistenzärzte
  • Organisation und Qualitätsmanagement im Verantwortungsbereich

Ihr Profil:

  • Facharztanerkennung Hämatologie \& Onkologie
  • Zusatzbezeichnung Palliativmedizin oder Bereitschaft zum zeitnahen Abschluss
  • Teilnahme an den Rufbereitschaftsdiensten
  • Teamgeist und Gestaltungswille
  • Führungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke
