Leitender Oberarzt (m/w/d) Geriatrie

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche Leitung und Supervision der Assistenzärzte
  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung der Station in enger Abstimmung mit dem Chefarzt
  • Durchführung oberärztlicher Visiten
  • Förderung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung der ärztlichen Mitarbeiter
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der medizinischen und organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung
  • Teilnahme am Ruf - bzw. Bereitschaftsdienst

Ihr Profil:

  • Facharztanerkennung für Innere Medizin , Allgemeinmedizin oder Neurologie mit Zusatzbezeichnung Geriatrie
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Geriatrie
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und patientenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Sozial - und Führungskompetenz
  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und aktiver Mitgestaltung
