### Aufgabenschwerpunkte

  • Leitung eines jungen, dynamischen und engagierten Teams und Vertretung des Chefarztes
  • Mitgestaltung der klinischen, ausbildungsbezogenen und ökonomischen Entwicklung der Abteilung
  • Verantwortung für Qualitätsmanagement, DRG-Systeme, Casemanagement und Medizincontrolling
  • Teilnahme am oberärztlichen Bereitschaftsdienst

### Qualifikationsprofil

  • Facharzt für Plastische und Ästhetische Chirurgie (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Zusatzbezeichnung Handchirurgie
  • Leitungserfahrung mit Personal- und Budgetverantwortung
  • Expertise in Rekonstruktiver (Mikro)-Chirurgie
  • Erfahrung in Qualitätsmanagement, Casemanagement und DRG-Steuerung
