# Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung in der Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie oder in der Psychosomatik und Psychotherapie (Facharzttitel und deutsche Approbation)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Hohes Maß an Empathie, Führungskompetenz und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

# Ihre Aufgaben

  • Behandlung von Patient\*innen im Rahmen von Einzel- und Gruppentherapien
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und strategische Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung sowie bestehender Konzepte und Strukturen
  • Chefarztvertretung, Führung des multiprofessionellen Teams sowie Supervision
  • Qualitätssicherung
