  • Aufgaben:
  • Planung und Steuerung von Kapazitäten, Ressourcen und Fertigungsabläufen im Reaktoren- und Apparatebau
  • fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Arbeitsvorbereitung sowie Weiterentwicklung und Neuausrichtung des Teams
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Termin- und kapazitätsgerechte Produktionssteuerung
  • regelmäßige Abstimmung mit den relevanten internen Fachabteilungen sowie der Geschäftsführung
  • Profil:
  • Studium in Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Weiterbildung zum Maschinenbautechniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Weiterbildung zum Schweißfachingenieur/-techniker von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und im Schnittstellenmanagement innerhalb eines produzierenden Umfelds
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Fertigungsumfeld großer, komplexer und schweißintensiver Baugruppen
  • sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MES-Software, idealerweise SAP PP und Proxia
  • gute Kenntnisse in Lean Management, REFA und MTM
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
